Tap at Le Fine Mousse, Paris, 11th June 2013. A good IPA, quite aromatic on the aroma and this comes through on the taste. Is a good example of a west coast IPA actually, very bitter and some good hops, well balanced, one thing though is it single hop or 3 hops as per the description above

Draught at La Fine Mousse, Paris
Dark amber color, creamy head. Nice aroma, elegant, some malt, hop, light fruity touch (grapes and apple). Good body structure, caramel flavor; strong hopping, partially resiny, lightly fruity; moderate residual sweetness. Very good.
