A German-style sour, brewed with sea salt, coriander and cascade hops. The brewer has taken on a unique style of german beer. Coriander, lactobacteria and salted water are three of the ingredients. Low alcohol with lots of flavor. With a pronounced structure of saltiness and acidity the beer goes well with a lot of dishes and different kinds of goat cheese.

Appearance: Pale yellow, slightly hazy. Some fizzy, white head.
Aroma: Tart fruit, salt.
Taste: Slight salt, some tart fruits. Not bad, not that good.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’s place. Thanks Max. Slightly hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of coriander, salt water, some stale-ish hops. Tart wheaty flavor, salty, with citrus, coriander, and a bitterish hops note. Quite light-bodied. Quite nice.

Bottle. Very pale yellow colour. Slightly salty, clean and classic, slightly yeasty, slightly hoppy. Balanced and easy drinking. Very good.

Bottle kindly shared by Gurthnar, many thanks. Light yellow color with medium white head Malt, yeast, lemon in aroma. Nice lemony taste with some malt, salt. Good.

330ml bottle via djoeye. White head leaving crocheted lacing down the glass.Clear straw coloured body. Dry and sour lemon on the nose. Similar taste of sour lemon. Tart and sweet ending. Thin bodied. Far from great (shared with Finn, Tromsø 19.11.2015).

Bottle 330ml. [ As Mohawk Anything Gose ].Light unclear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, moderate yeasty, celery - parsnips. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, yeast, tart, wheat, light salty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20151024]

33cl bottle from Systembolaget, Sälen. Pours almost completely clear pale yellow with a fairly small, white head. Fruity, mild grainy and slightly herbal aroma with notes of citrus and apples. Moderate sweet with a moderate acidity and a lightly bitter and salty finish. Quite tasty and refreshing, but a bit thin and watery.

Flaske 330ml fra Systembolaget Kiruna. Drukket i Skibotn 14 Aug 15. Gusjegulgråbrun. Lavt kritthvitt skum som daler raskt & etterlater et tynt filmskum og litt filigranser. Bra aroma. Hint av gjær men mest banan. Smaken vassen. Litt sitrus. Litt banan. Grei tørsteslukker.
