Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is pale yellow. Aroma and taste are salt, flowers, malt, hops and herbs.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Clear pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light fruity. Flavor is medium sweet, light bitter and salty. Dry, light bitter and salty finish. 241015

Flaska från SB. Ljust halmgul vätska med tjockt och nästan gräddigt skum. Doft av koriander och lite deg. Väl avstämd balans, lite salt, anings syra och en citrusig beska.

Big creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is very strange, coriander, salt water, soap, old cellar, boiled vegetables, grass, wet grain, paper, wet hay. Taste is slightly sweet grainy, weeds, salt water, wet grain, old cellar, wet hay, boiled vegetables. Grainy mouthfeel. Crap!

Bottle 330ml @ Kristiansand Ølfestival 2015
Pours pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, funk, yeast and coriander. Taste is light sweet, light bitter and light to medium sour with a long dry, sour, salty and coriander finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

33 cl bottle from Systembolaget, BB July ’16. Hazy, pale golden colour with a fluffy, white head. Sour aroma with lemons, coriander, salty notes and citrus. Taste is lightly sour. Light to medium body, creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and sourish with lemons. Lovely Sour-salty.

Bottled. A hazy light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of wheat, straw, and barley. The flavor is a bit acidic with notes of wheat, lacto, and lemons, leading to a dry finish.
