All the techniques were brought out for this brew. We did mash hopping, added Phantasm powder, and used Saaz hops which are rich in thiols. This NEIPA received no boil during the brewing process, accentuating its hazy appearance even more. By adding hops to the whirlpool at a cooler temperature, the hops oils, were better retained., creating a more pleasant hop flavour. Additionally, we employed double dry hopping with thick-rich hops to bring out those coveted fruity hop flavours even more
