Start of my Eisbock-Week. 0,33 l bottle from their onlineshop. A dark mahagony in the glass, small pale beige head. Intensive sweet fruity on the nose, plum and cherry. Taste starts with dark malt, clove, some plum and cherry. Some brown sugar. Slick at the palate. Wood to the end. Less alcoholic but more carbonation than expected. Dangerous easy to drink.
