Crisp & lively, the hazy smoothness of this unfiltered White Ale is roused by the crackling of spring spices. From a hint of sweetness from orange peel & plum to the peppery bite of fresh ground coriander, the subtle blend of spices creates just the right refreshing kick to signal that spring is on its way. Cheers!

Pours hazy gold into a Sam glass. Bright white micro head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Sweet tropical and pit fruit aromas. Thin with sweet and sour tropical fruit, sourdough and marshmallow upfront turning to a yeast and heather finish.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is citrus fruity with some wheat malt and a few spices. Flavor is a pale creamy malt with a small amount of fruity citrus bitterness. That’s about it. The aroma off this beer was great but the rest was just a boring wheat beer.

Bottle form Bert’s Pours a hazy medium golden color with a huge fluffy head that persists forever. Aromas of lime and pepper dominate as well as a meringue kind of thing going on. Light wheaty spice and coriander round out the nose. The flavor is lightly sweet with honey and wow again it’s like key lime pie with a bit of pepper and coriander thrown in. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation and a sweet spicy mouthfeel. This beer surprise me a bit, but I really kind of enjoyed it.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow/gold with a thin white head. Aromas of orange and light spice. Taste is the same. Nothing too special going on here; yeast, wheat, and orange. Light bodied with a clean finish. Just so-so.

Bottle. Orange and berry malt - strong linalool aroma (smells like Fruity Pebbles /Fruit Loops (tm)). Hazy golden yellow with large white head. Sweet artificial berry malt flavor. Not very witbier-like, more like a mediocre fruit beer.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle best before april (so I am good) poured into a weizen glass. Pours translucent orange with small off-white head. Aroma is light grain, medium body, medium/low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is coriander, some orange, and some spice. Allright.

On tap at Tapwerks. Pours a hazy golden orange with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has notes of light fruits, sweet wheat and a touch of spice. Flavor has a good amount of light fruits and wheat with hints of banana and some light spice.

12 ounce bottle from the spring sampler, on the coldest day here in about 20 years. Seems like a marketing fail, or marketing genius. Yeah, one of those. Appropriate name for today. Pours a hazy peach color with a thin frothy off-white head. Good head retention. Aroma of doughy wheat, citrus, a bit of apple and a spicy finish. The taste is doughy malts, wheat, spice, dry citrus, crackery finish. Thin-medium bodied, decent balance, moderate carbonation.

Bottle sample at a tasting at avrashi’s place. Thanks avrashi. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of orange peels, apricot and spices. Sweetish and slightly tart flavor with some fruitiness and lots of spiciness. Medium-bodied. Too heavy on the spices.
