Bottled 330ml. -from Iper Rossetto Torri di Quartesolo (Vicenza). Unclear pale golden coloured, small white head, light yeasty and fruity nose. Yeasty, bready, light fruity, slightly spicy and touch of vegetables with short sweetish finish.

Il gusto al naso va sull'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la continuità olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una discreta resistenza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana grande. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. La frizzantezza si manifesta sotto forma di bollicine medie. La carbonazione è nella media. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è normale. La costanza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sulla lingua si depositano indizi di miele e cereali.
