Our maibock is a strong, malty German-style Bavarian lager. Like the month for which it is named, it's a perfect traditional rink for the short Bavarian spring.

2$ can. Sweet malty nose. Light brown tint on orange yellow. Slight haze. Head fades to pond scum. First taste is sweet malty and boozy. Very slifght co2, somewhat mouthcoating. A stronger brew fer-sher. Just a hair of astringent, barely detectable, bite in the middle. Not sure if I'm liking this but, it does have an alky content that helps me forget about that passing thought. Gets a little oily near the end. Decent lacing in the glass. Not too bad for a stronger beer, more manners than many at this alky content.
