Draught @ Villi Wäinö, Kalevankatu 4, Helsinki, Finland 00100. [ As Hopping Brewsters Pale Ryeder ].Unclear matt medium orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, cereal, sweet malt, rye ? moderate hoppy, citrus, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, caramel, rye, orange, light hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Keg at Willi Väinö, Helsinki. Turbid deep amber, rich head. Caramelly menthe aroma. Very sweet with butter and milk chocolate, some white pepper and peach. Sugar and butter dominates. Some resin in a sugary finish.

Draught@Hopping Brewsters. Orangeish amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is fruity and floral along with some maltiness to it. Flavour is fruity, floral and quite crisp on the malty side. Actually this is quite basic, but at the sametime very refreshing. Wellbalanced, clean and straight forward.

(Keg at Bryggeri Helsinki, 20141216) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had pine, peach and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, peach, mango, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A clean and straight forward American style IPA.

Tap at Gallow’s Bird, Espoo. Colour is clear light orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, grape, citrusy, hops and malts. Too sweet but clean.

Draught @ Gallows Bird Kekri 2014 Pours orange with a smooth head. Aroma of berries, grass, hints of citrus and caramel. Taste is smooth, sweetish and grassy with hints of berries and caramel. Finish is crisp and grassy with hints of rye. Okay, but a bit unbalanced and too much berries.

Aroma has peaches, some grainy and hayish tones and caramel. Also strawberries and hints of minerals. Flavour has lots of strawberries, some gluey tones, caramel, grapefruit and hints of gooseberry bush. Too much berries here.
