Made with 52g of surplus pasta that would otherwise go to waste, Payload is bursting flavour, with a tropical fruits and citrus aroma. It's light amber in colour, with very little bitterness to finish, making it the perfect choice for an easy drinking session.

330ml can in Zizzi (Lincoln) on 29th November 2025. Slight haze in the golden/amber body, white crust. Citrus front to the aroma and taste, didn't get any Pasta in my can, had a Pizza though!

Can on the Norfolk Dumpling, thanks to DM, 27/01/24. Hazed orange with an off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is orange zest, grass, melon, airy malts. Taste comprises tangerine, grass, citric tinged straw, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow hop bitterness. Okay pale.
