Gravity cask at Pigs Ear '23, day two, 29/11/23. Golden to light amber with a white cap. Nose is melon, orange, straw, tangerine. Taste comprises airy malts, light breads, orange peel, melon. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with mellow hop bitterness. Simple fayre.
