UK Bramling Cross hops combine with US El Dorado over a pale malt base. Tropical fruit notes from El Dorado are underpinned by blackcurrant and spice from the Bramling Cross. Zesty lemon notes cut through the creamy oats in the malt base.

Gravity cask at the Royston, Broadstairs, 24/11/23. Clear golden with an off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is orange zest, grass, melon, citric tinged straw. Taste comprises airy malts, tangerine, grains, light breads, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close splashed with mellow hop bitterness. Passable pale ... rather stuck in 3rd gear.
