[ As Hiisi Nummirock Steam Beer ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, herbs, grass, herbal. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, grass, plastic, sharp, citrus fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottled at Post-PBF, Vaasa. Lightly hazy golden, rich head. Perfumy citric nose with plenty of passionfruit. Mid dry with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Lightly grainy malt, tangerine and passionfruit dominates. Mid bitter finish.

Bottled (from Fröökynän Herkku, Tampere). Golden colour, mediumsized white fluffy head. Aroma is grains, grass, herbs and some mild wooden notes. Flavour is fruity, wooden, floral, some mild strange soapy notes. Quite dry palate.
