Hå:mLe kommer från Överkalixmålet och är namnet på den ingrediens i ölet som har fått träda fram mest i doft och smak - just det, humle! Det här är en egen variant av India Pale Ale som är tänkt att passa till mat och gärna mat med sälta för att möta upp den beska som infinner sig i slutet av smakupplevelsen. Hå:mLe kombineras bäst med det vi hittar i de Norrländska skogarna och gärna med rökta inslag.

Bottle from Systembolaget, e-order in January 2017. A bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, some bread and hints of metal. Similar taste. The body was medium and the finish quite bitter. Kind of drinkable but with metallic notes.

330ml bottle, no.129, thanks to djoeye for this beer gift. Huge frothy white head to a close to clear golden body. Clingy lacing. Ripe citrus and a basement touch on the nose. Apples, pine and toffee to the taste buds unfortunately with a metallic backbone. Bitter-metallic ending. Drinkable (watching Wales vs Northern Ireland on TV, Tromsø 25.06.2016).

Flaske 330ml. Batch 129. Gave fra djoeye. Blek gyldengulgråbrun. Medium høyt kritthvitt skum. Kremkarakter. Pene filigranser. God, litt tung fruktaroma. Mørke druer. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken tørket frukt. Mango. Aprikos. Litt tung-drikkelig - men ikke verst. Avslutter tørt & bittert. Et lite innslag av brent plast i ettersmaken ødelegger litt for helhetsinntrykket. Litt bunnfall igjen i flaska.

[ As Tjers Hå:mLe ].Unclear matt medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, goodlacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, plastic. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average duration, orange sweet, sweet malt, hoppy, shoe polish, light plastic. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150724]
