Hå:mLe kommer från Överkalixmålet och är namnet på den ingrediens i ölet som har fått träda fram mest i doft och smak - just det, humle! Det här är en egen variant av India Pale Ale som är tänkt att passa till mat och gärna mat med sälta för att möta upp den beska som infinner sig i slutet av smakupplevelsen. Hå:mLe kombineras bäst med det vi hittar i de Norrländska skogarna och gärna med rökta inslag.

330ml Bottle - Amber in colour. Peach, apricot and some slightly plasticy notes in the aroma. Fruity, hoppy and earthy taste with some rubbery notes unfortunately standing out. A beer that has promise but needs refining.

Bottled@PBFX. Golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some mild yeasty and grainy notes as well as mild toffee. Flavour is a bit metallic, a bunch of berries, some fruity and floral notes along with mild yeasty notes. A bit unclean as for the flavour.

Bottle at PBFX. Murky yellow color, small white head. Gooseberry, lemon in the nose. Medium-bodied. Gooseberry, citrus .. nice bitterness but quite thin on malt side. Slightly homebrewish feeling.

Bottle @PBF X, thanks Per! Any golden, thin white head. Pineapples, sweet, orange juicy aroma. Flavor has fruit juice, bitter hops, doughy notes. Long juicy, yeasty notes.

Bottled at Petalax Beer Festival, thanks ZWR! Hazy golden, small head. Plastic aroma with some tangerine. Sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Plastic dominates. Some ash and tangerine. Mid bitter finish. Problematic.
