Keg at Rockaway, Long Island City, 12/04/23. Almost clear golden with a moderately presented white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is pale malts, grains, lemon rind, herb, straw. Taste comprises pale malts, cereals, grains, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough clean drinking pils.

Tap at the brewery taproom long island. A mostly clear golden yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is subdued, pale grains, grassy citrus light grains. Flavour is composed of semi crisp, tart lemon rind, grass, herbal notes. Pine needle. Ok. Palate is semi crisp, fine carbonation. Not bad.
