Cask at tap east. During the Yorkshire open brew house beer fest. Light hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a steadfast frothy white head. Aroma is faintly, musty, saison yeast, straw, damp hay, apple. Flavour is composed of light grains, straw, mango, straw tannin, crisp lemon, saison yeast. Palate is highish carbonation, grainy, . firm cirrus grapefruit hop bitterness. Interesting beer.

Keg at Tap East. It pours lightly hazy deep gold with a decent white head. The nose is earthy, farmyard, lemongrass, breadth, dirt, cereal, bread, stewed orange nectarine and over-ripe apricot. The taste is bitter, earthy, farmyard, bread, lemongrass, lemon sherbet, lime rind, cereal, must, porridge, straw, soap, apricot and nectarine with a dry, peppery finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Pretty tasty stuff. Enjoyable.
