Bottle at home, split with and thanks to James, 15/10/22. Almost clear golden blonde with a just off white cap that veers to a swirl. Nose is funk, brett, lemon curd, hay bale, green berry must, damp alleyway. Taste comprises tarte green berries, wood must, funk, barnyard, bretted pangs, lemon rind, hedgerow. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic spike. Solid sour.
