Black with a good sized khaki head that veers edgewards in time. Nose is dark malts, toffee, hint of liquorice, chocolate, dried fruits. Taste comprises cocoa powder, dried fruit rinds, mellow roast, light spice, dates, brown bread. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. It sipped fine after the dark storage period.

Can picked up from the Brewery in Bayonne. A dark nut brown coloured pour with a out of control lively mid tan head. Aroma is nice nutty chocolate, hazelnut, , liquorice, airy, toasted cinnamon. Flavour is composed of bitter chocolate, black liquorice, burnt cinnamon, bitter roast. airy, mineral. Palate is semi dry, mineral, lively airy carbonation. Lingering dark tangy chocolate.
