Keg at the Ascot Brewery taproom, 07/08/22. Golden pour with a good sized white cap as it goes for a cider. Nose is sweet apples, grains, straw, caramel. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, sugars, sweet edged, light orchard straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Passable cider ... overly sweet for my liking and lacking any depth or complexity.
