Keg at The Barrel Project, Bermondsey, 09/06/22. Light haze on a golden orange pour that thins to a swirl. Nose is grass, straw, pineapple chunks, lemon rind, herb. Taste comprises sharp pineapple, bitter citric shreds, light acidic tickle, mellow funk, damp hay, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic flicker. Tasty.
