We've taken a lead from the classic Cosmopolitan cocktail for our collaboration with our friends at Brighton's UnBarred Brewery. Mounds of Orange and Lime zest mingle with heaps of Cranberry in this rich and fruity sour.

Keg at the Ravensgate, Ramsgate, 03/06/22 (Ramsgate Bimble with Roger). Faded pink pour with a white cap. Nose is dusty pink berries, grass, hay bale, lime zest, grains. Taste comprises berry pips, light funk, lime zest, damp straw, pink berry sherbets. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow pucker to finish. Ok easy drinking sour ... fair refreshing.
