Cask at the Waterloo Tap, 11/05/22. Clear golden amber with a good sized lasting light beige head ... full glass lacing ensues. Nose is brown bread, soft malts, fruit slice, biscuit, toasted grains. Taste comprises fruit cake, biscuit, dates, brown bread, soft malts, raisins. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, light drying close with a mellow bitter trace. Decent well rounded bitter.
