Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Colin. A clear reddy mahogany brown coloured pour with a halo of beige head. Aroma is jammy fruits, wood, bark, dried fruits, red grapes. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, jammy tangy berries, raisin, dark malts, grape, schloer, mild woody funk, Palate is semi sweet, , light tang, highish carbonation.

Can at home, from Yards & Craft online, 03/04/22. Black with a decent khaki crown. Nose is tangy dried fruits, earthy, herb, light roast, milk chocolate, mellow barrel. Taste comprises light cocoa sprinkle, hint of coconut shavings, tarte fruits, lactic pinch, wine barrel tones, red grape twang, vinous, raisins. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tangy climax. Interesting number ... quite sharp and tangy but overall has a decent balance and never runs sweet ... the red wine barrel comes through well.
