Five years to the day of our very first Brew day, we brewed this big Barley Wine to celebrate! Made with 100% traditionally floor malted Maris Otter barley from the maltings at Warminster, the beer pours a deep gold colour. To balance the sweetness of the malt we steeped oak chips in the brewing liquor. This lends dry tannins to the finish of the beer keeping it drinkable and moreish. We hope you love this special beer which will age gracefully and develop over time.
