Bladder bag at Pigs Ear '21, day two, 01/12/21. Pale yellow pour with little in the way of a head. Nose is tangy pear, grains, straw, dusty farmyard tones. Taste comprises crisp pear, light vinous tones, grains, straw, barnyard tinges. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent.
