Cask at the Four Candles, 27/11/21. Clear golden with a decent lasting white cap. Nose is bitter orange, grass, pine nip, melon, hint of grapefruit. Taste comprises orange pith, light stoned fruit esters, grass, kiwi fruit, papaya, sharp citric peel. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close peppered with mellow hop bitterness. Solid cask sessioner.
