Panda 🐼 at home Thanks to Wingman Dave. An opaque oily dark brown coloured pour with a loose dark tan head. Aroma is earthy meaty roast, sherry, fruit cake, tonka, oils, mellow whisky .. Flavour is composed of rich fruit cake, woody bark with vanilla sweetness, meaty roast, treacle, warming alcohol. Palate is semi sweet, oily, mellow carbonation.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingman, 27/06/21. Black with a tan covering that dissipates to a swirl and edgeing. Nose is mellow roast, chocolate, dried fruits, light spey barrel, molasses, raisins. Taste comprises cacao nibs, light vanilla, whisky tones, Tonka bean, light roast, red berry twist, toffee, molasses, brown sugar dusting. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow Speyside twist and a pinch of booze. A more than decent well balanced and fair complex impy stout.
