Bottle. A gift of Totnes. The person not the place. Light haze on a pale gold. Good white foam lasts well. Dry cereal malt and lightly herbal citrus hop. Taste has a good depth of herbal citrus bitterness. Moderate sweetness on the lips. Decent body with fine brisk carbonation. Lengthy bitterness to finish.

Handpull cask at the Farmacy, Matlock. Light gold and clear with very little head and a bit of loose lacing. Bready aroma with floral notes, some hay. Initial sweet taste with some bitterness at the end of the sip. About as simple as you get but a decent drink that's hard to fault.
