Bottle at home, 12/04/20. Pale golden blonde with a decent white cap. Nose is lemon rind, mellow yeast esters, light breads, white peppery spice. Taste comprises grass, lemon rind, mellow yeast, more white peppery spice, stale breads, hay bale, light farmhouse tones. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Ok saison.
