Keg at 73 Enid Street, Bermondsey, 31/01/20. Clear golden with a decent off white head that retains well. Nose is grass, farmyard esters, yeast, white peppery spice,lemon drizzle. Taste comprises yeast esters, grains, citric zest, stale bread, farmyard essence, hay bale, dusty hop back note, lemon rind. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, drying close. Decent saison.

Keg at 73 Enid Street. A crystal clear mid golden coloured pour with a fine white head that fades. Aroma is classic saison yeast, bubble gum, clove, spices. Fennel. Flavour is composed of semi crisp pale grains, cereal, clove, saison yeast, liquorice. Firm grassy bitterness. Good stuff. Palate is crisp, fine highish carbonation, drying finish. Really good saison.

On tap at Unit 9. Pours clear yellow gold with a thin white head that slowly fades. Aroma is of bread, funk, plenty of herbs, coriander and a bit of banana. Taste is a hint of banana, coriander, funk comes through leaving a light and refreshing finish. Lovely stuff.
