Keg at IMBC '19, session 2, 04/10/19. Clear pale yellow with a good size white cap for a cider that dissipates in due course. Nose is funk, hay bale, apple core, light wood. Taste comprises soured apples, hay bale, barnyard, grass, grains, orchard wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a tangy climax. Solid funk laden cider.

Keg at the indy man beer con. 2019. A translucent greenish yellow coloured pour with a halo go white head. Aroma is tart apple, peppery, gooseberry,. Flavour is composed of dry pithy apple, mellow funk peppery, hint of farmyard, pithy. Prickly. Palate is dry, prickly. Tart, highish carbonation.
