Cask at the Red Lion, Amblecote. Pours dark gold with a medium head. Aroma is spicy orange citrus. Taste has a light spicy start and a strong, bitter citrus finish.

Cask (handpump) @ Nottingham Robin Hood Beer Festival (2014), Nottingham Castle, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EL. [ As Hales Fire Heart ].Clear medium to dark amber orange color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, malt, caramel, sour malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, sharp, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141009]
