This Belgian inspired Wit beer uses a generous addition of dried Hibiscus flowers along with crushed coriander seeds at flameout. Combined with the Belgian yeast, this gives a floral spicey character, finishing with a juicy peach hit from the fruit puree added during fermentation.

Keg at IMBC '19, session 2, 04/10/19. Hazed light golden orange with an off white head. Nose is wheaten bread, grass, mellow citric peel, peach flesh. Taste comprises toasted grains, light peach, grass, breads. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable for the style.

Keg at the indy man beer con. 2019. A pale petrol yellow coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is weird socks, earthy, waxy, baby sick. Flavour is composed of low peach waxed fruit, soft grains. Meloow. Palate is pillow, lowish carbonation, grainy. Meh.
