Tap @ SOPP Hki 2019. Smell of malt, some yeast. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of banana, yeast, malt. Lively carbon, medium sweet. Medium body.

Bottle on m/s Silja Serenade, Stockholm-Helsinki. A bit hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma and taste of hay, citrus, some hints of spices and grass. The body was on the light side and the finish quite sweet.

SOPP Turku. A golden beer, a head is quite small and blond. Aroma has fruitness, some yeast and sopurness. Taste has fruitness, some sourness, herbs and spices. Medium bodied. Not so fresh.

Draught @ [ SOPP 2015 ] @ Railway Square / Rautatientori, Helsinki, Finland. [ As Iso-Kallan Panimo Blonde ].Unclear matt medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, fruity hops, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, phenol. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, belgium yeast, sweet malt - fruit, pale malt, phenol. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150723]

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2015. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is farmhouse, some wood and earth along with some citrusy notes. Flavour is fruity, some citrus, wood and mild earthy and herbal notes.

Keg at SOPP, Helsinki. Cloudy golden, small head. Scrumpy, hay and cobwebs up front. Sweet with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Hay, barnyard and lemon. Low bitterness. Strange.

Pours orange with a smooth head. Aroma of fruits, hints of grass, caramel, and earthy notes. Taste is smooth, sweetish and slightly thin with hints of fruits and earthy notes. Finish is earthy, grainy and grassy with hints of fruits. A bit dull.

Draught @ SOPP Tampere 2015. Rated on 23.05.2015. Aroma has apricot and fruity tones. Feels sweetish. Flavour has menthol, soapy apricot, hints of minerals and mild grassy tones. Easy and straightforward. 6-3-6-3-14 = 3.2 33 cl bottle @ home. Batch #633, BBE 03/2021 Aroma is a bit odd with ripe fruits and mild tartness. Flavour has worty malt, some minerals and ripe fruits. Also apricot. Not that easy or straightforward; something is a bit off here. 5-3-5-3-12 = 2.8
