Keg at 73 Enid Street, 26/09/19. Clear golden amber with a well presented lasting egg shell white head. Nose is creamy malts, cheesecake base, caramel, straw. Taste comprises biscuit malt, grass, apple skins, toasted grains, hit of burnt toffee, crackers. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Good palate cleanser, nice dry finish.

On tap at Enid St. Pours clear gold with a thin white head. Aroma is malt, biscuits, a little grassy hop. Taste is a big malty biscuit hit, hint of caramel and grassy hop to add a bit of bitterness to sweetness. Clean pils.

Keg at 73 Enid Street. An attractive clear orange golden coloured pour with a lasting rocky white head. Aroma is nice cereal grains, leafy hop, hint of honey, dried grass. Flavour is composed of soft spicy cereals, grassy assertive bitterness, leafy,. Back of the throat bitterness. Palate is soft, lowish carbonation, mellow, some hop oils coat the tongue. Could be better with more carbonation. I like the solid kick of bitterness.
