Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2015 ] @ Lokomotivvaerkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As Flying Couch Beernaise ].Unclear - hazy matt medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, fresh tarragon, tarragon, Béarnaise Sauce, spicy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, fresh tarragon, tarragon, Béarnaise Sauce, spicy, licorice - spicy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20150528]

Draft @ Ølfestival 2015. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity spicy yeasty herbal tarragon aroma. Fruity spicy tarragon flavor. Has a fruity spicy weak yeasty herbal tarragon finish.

DØE. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, wheaty, spicy and herbal. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. Smells like bernaise for sure. I’m just not a big fan of that. 280515

From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild soapy and spiced. Toasted and slight herbal. Sopay and spiced finish. Dry and bitter finish.
