Bladder box at Fishers 2nd birthday bash, Fishers brewery HWY, 27/07/19. Pale yellow with a small crown of white bubbles. Nose is bitter sweet apples, light funk, wood, grains. Taste comprises apple skins, light farmyard esters, straw, tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent.
