Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Shmupi. Hazy golden. Pineapple, some lacto, sour and a bit salty. Pleasant.

Keg at the Rake, 16/04/19. Hazed yellow with a well presented off white cap. Nose is sharp pineapple, lemon wine gums, damp straw, light funk. Taste comprises raw pineapple, grass, mellow bretted pangs, farmyard esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering kiss. Decent enough sour.
