Keg at the brewery tap, 17/05/19. Hazed golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is sharp apricot, pissy citric zest, damp straw, light brett aroma. Taste comprises dried fruits, soured dried apricots, bretty pangs, hay bale, funky yeast esters, light white peppery spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Solid bretted take on the style.

Keg at the brewery tap bermondsey.. A mid hazed golden orange coloured pour with a a fading off white head. Aroma is weird weak waxed fruit, porridge, woody weak apricot,, light wood. Flavour is composed of dry wheat, apicy apricot, tangerine, spicy citrus. Palate is dry and crisp, light grains, moderate carbonation.. Little watermellon on the finsih.. Just hints of funk. Some Cucumber in the finish.
