Keg at the cock tavern. A light hazed plum red coloured pour with a fine loose light pink head. Aroma is earthy, plum, woodland berries, blackberry, mulberry, light tart. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, light tart, red berry, plum, mulberry, hint of vanilla sweetness, earthy and dry chalk. Palate is semi sweet, drying, moderate carbonation. Nice fruit character.. Hint of liquorice in the finish.
