For this monstrous Triple IPA we went huge on the malt bill, chucked in as much Mosaic, Simcoe and Idaho 7 as we possibly could during the boil, and of course we had no choice but to dry hop with 21 grams per liter.

On tap at Eighty-Eight, pours a clear golden with a small beige head. Aroma is mega-dank in the hops, with resinous notes, dank hops, and biscuity malt. Flavour is very dank, with tons of pot-like hops, fuzzy citrus skins, and biscuity malt. Mega-dank, with little sweetness. This is very good.
