Made in collaboration with our great friends at Leopold's Tavern, this easy-drinking and crushable table saison had a ton of pears added during fermentation to give it a gentle fruity note to balance the dryness and spice.

On tap at Eighty-Eight, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast, with a touch of estery pears, and biscuity malt. Flavour is quite crisp, with bright rustic saison yeast, soft pears, and biscuity malt. Rustic and above average carbonation. Good stuff.
