Small pour at Hops & Bottles. Bright, clear golden pour, the bubbles disappear fast. Aroma and taste are straight up crisp apple. Juicy and sweet with a dry finish. Very simple and tasty.

Sample at the cidery, 8/25/24. Clear gold. Aroma of dry apple, pear. Taste is sweet apple, pear, vanilla. Well balanced, simple.

On tap at Western Cider, pours a clear pale blonde. Aroma brings out crisp apples and light farmhouse notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with medium sweet apples and a gentle rustic character. Simple yet clean. Solid.
