Honey and roast. Some smoke. Very interesting mix on this. Pours dark brown with good head and lacing. Bitter finish. Roast sticks with you. Tap at brewery.

On tap at Bellwether, pours a deep dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out a spicy, earthy hoppiness upfront, followed by fermented out honey, and earthy notes. Flavour is odd, with intense earthy spiciness, piney hops, fermented out honey, and some roast. What an unusual beverage. I like it.
