Brian’s Grand Mead tasting. Another crazy ass bottle, much thanks. Brown type color, aroma is good level of bourbon, toasted oak, honey and toffee.
Flavor follows the nose, oaky bourbon right upfront with a solid base of honey. Good molasses character as well. Mouthfeel is more of the fuller side, rich honey that follows the bourbon and oak.

Bottle. Almost clear amber liquid with reddish hue with minimal white head. Aroma of honey, bourbon, vanilla, light pears and light licorice. Taste is medium sweet with notes of bourbon, vanilla, honey and light imperial stout. Medium bodied with no carbonation. Really good stuff, character from BCS is prominent.

Bottle - Sweet alcohol, dark honey, oak and an odd chemical varnish like residue. Clear copper. Leather, wood, nutty dry and a clean dry finish. Very odd, no booze at all in the flavor and smooth with lots of dark honey.

Bottle. Pours a clear burnt caramel with no head whatsoever. Aroma has a good amount of booze with buckwheat and a good amount of sweet honey. Flavor has strong sweet honey and buckwheat with a boozy barrel backing.
