Though not traditionally a cider apple, this single batch of 100% MacIntosh cider tastes so much like fresh apples we left it unblended. Completely dry and moderately tart.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
On tap at Spinnakers, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white Hearn. Aroma reveals tart green apples, with lots of apple core showcasing. Flavour is even more pungent on the apple core, with little else to speak of. Plenty of acidity on the finish, with a bone dry mouthfeel. Puckering. A little too much apple core.
