SUNMAI Wit with peach and apricot, a refreshment for sunny days. Peach and apricot are balanced into the beer that peach is more in aroma and apricot is more in flavor. We brew this beer with just a tiny amount of pink pepper which provide a special fruitiness to this Stone Fruit Wit; adding up a bit more layering to the fruitiness.

On tap at Sunmai Bar, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out tropical stone fruits, atop a soft wheaty body. Flavour is juicy, with plenty of stone fruits, with a soft pillow wheat base. Gentle yet juicy and tasty. Solid.
