(Bottle) clear, bright, reddish orange amber colour with a medium tall white head; aroma of ink, red wine, wood; balanced flavour with a long, light bitter and tart finish

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark reddish pink with a medium, quickly-dissipating off-white head. Nose is wonderfully funky, with lots of complex red grapes, wild yeast, and oak in wonderful cohesion. Flavour is immense, with funky pinot noir grapes, grape must, followed by oak, and wild yeast. The booze is certainly prominent, finishing hot, vinous and grape-like. Lovely stuff.
