Tap East Collaboration Fest. Cask. Opaque brown beer, tiny pale tan head. Palate is smooth with light fine carbonation. Tangy dark malts. Whispers of roast and dark chocolate. Tangy dark fruits. Dry finish. Okay but a lot of tang here!

Gravity cask at the Tap East Open Brewhouse Fest 2014 - London. Pours deep brown with a wimpy off-white head. The nose has some chocolate and light roast. Medium sweet flavor with some burnt meat, earth, tangy berries and cocoa. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Moderately sweet on the finish with more sweet cocoa, toasted bread, mellow bitter earth, some milk chocolate. Not bad overall.
